Install Fading Text Screen Saver and select it just like any screen saver. Go to its settings and select a text file. It will show the text one line at a time in the screen saver. You can control the font and background colors and how fast the lines change. The transition between lines steps through "frames" which are controlled with the Fade Delay and Fade Step settings. Fade Delay is the time between frames and Fade Step is the percentage of change between frames. Line Delay is how often the lines change.
